Hello!! My name is Cheryl.

Fitness has always been part of who I am. I started ballet at three, spent a decade as a competitive gymnast, and later coached gymnastics through high school and college - experiences that shaped not only my movement skills, but my love of teaching.

In my 20’s, I trained with AVP players, further deepening my athletic foundation and appreciation for high-level performance.

I discovered Pilates in 2005 and immediately connected with its precision, strength, and mindful approach to movement.

In 2015 I took my Pilates journey to the next level and began teaching. My goal was to help clients build strong, balanced, and resilient bodies through intentional movement rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original method.

In 2020, I opened Wampler Pilates, creating a space where people of all levels can feel supported, challenged, and empowered.

I teach Pilates for real life i.e. movement that translates beyond the studio and into everyday strength, confidence, and ease.
