MOVEMENT MADE BETTER
Every class is a full-body experience.
We don't believe you need to perform the most advanced Pilates exercises to get an incredible workout. Our classes focus on building the strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and confidence that help you move through everyday life.
You'll move in different directions, challenge your body in different ways, and work at a level that's appropriate for you. Some days we'll work hard. Some days we'll work on mobility. Most days we'll do both.
Because Pilates isn't something you do for an hour. It's something you take with you when you walk out the door.
The Reformer + Tower
The Reformer is one of the most versatile pieces of Pilates equipment, allowing us to work the entire body through strength, mobility, balance, and coordination. The springs provide resistance while also giving support, making it possible to challenge your body in ways that aren't always possible with traditional exercise.
Our Reformers have Towers attached, giving us even more options for movement and allowing us to seamlessly combine Reformer and Tower exercises in one session. We can work in every direction; lying down, sitting, kneeling, standing, and everything in between.
The goal isn't simply to move the carriage. It's to build a body that moves well outside the studio.
Each class is no more than 7 clients.
The Stability Chair
Don't let its size fool you—the Stability Chair is a powerful piece of equipment. It challenges strength, balance, coordination, and control while asking the body to work as a whole.
Because so much of the work is performed sitting, standing, kneeling, or balancing on one leg, Chair exercises have a wonderful connection to everyday movement. Getting up from a chair, climbing stairs, reaching, bending, and maintaining your balance all require the same kind of strength and control we develop here.
The Chair is a great choice if you're looking for a workout that challenges your entire body without relying on complicated choreography.
Small equipment. Big results.
Each class is no more than 10 clients.
Stability Balls
Challenge your balance. Wake up your whole body.
Stability balls add an element of instability that asks your body to respond, adapt, and find balance. They can be used for strength, mobility, core work, balance, and support.
They're especially useful for challenging the smaller stabilizing muscles and encouraging the body to work as an integrated whole. Sometimes the simplest-looking exercises are the ones that make you work the hardest!
Each class is no more than 10 clients.
The Cadillac
The Cadillac gives us a beautiful combination of support, resistance, and freedom of movement. With its bars, springs, and straps, we can strengthen the entire body while exploring spinal mobility, shoulder and hip movement, balance, and coordination.
It's also a wonderful piece of equipment for meeting your body where it is. The Cadillac can support you when you need it and challenge you when you're ready for more.
Private Sessions Only
The Tramp
Our Reformer tramp attachments bring a little energy and playfulness to your Pilates practice while providing a great cardiovascular and strength challenge. The spring-loaded surface allows us to work the legs, hips, and core while exploring rhythm, coordination, and power.
Plyometric work can also be modified to meet different fitness levels, making it a fun way to build strength and confidence while improving how the body absorbs and produces force.
Strong doesn't have to mean serious. Sometimes it's okay to have a little fun.
Each class is no more than 7 clients.
