Plyometrics
Amazing Cardio Workout!!!!
This class concentrates on improving response time, strength and stability of hip, knee and ankle joints in both supine and standing positions and power behind muscle action. The use of a Cardio-Tramp with the Reformer allows the hip joint to be closer to an anatomically neutral alignment when transferring forces from the soles of the feet up through the body, promoting good biomechanics of the entire lower kinetic chain. Increasing the spring resistance emphasizes strengthening of the arms, shoulder girdle and legs.

Stability Chair
The highly versatile, split-pedal Pilates chair.
All classes focus on learning the principles of pilates, developing core stability, peripheral strengthening and overall body conditioning. All from a variety of positions: standing, sitting, prone and side-lying.
Each class is no more than 7 clients.
Stability Ball
Develops Balance through Coordination of core strength and mind/body control. This is Definitely a Head - to - Toe Workout!!!
Each class is no more than 10 clients.
